There is something thrilling, but at the same time ominous, about a carnival at night. The lights and sounds are like an endless wall of a maze that you weave your way though as you go from ride to ride. It can be exhilarating, but also can overwhelm the senses.

 

In the Split series, objects are filmed close enough to capture their iconography, but not reveal themselves entirely, Using ​kaleidoscopic presentation to highlight movement, the objects are deconstructed in to a series of shapes and patterns and transformed into something new, while still retaining their essence.
